Víctor Alvarado Monge is the Director of Operations at Pacific Crest Properties, where he oversees the day-to-day systems that keep every property performing at its best — maintenance inspections, remodeling coordination, cleaning standards, and direct communication with property owners.
Born in Santa Ana and raised in Tibás, Víctor came to Guanacaste over 12 years ago, drawn by the coast, the surf, and a lifestyle he never looked back from. Before joining PCP, he built a track record that speaks for itself. He spent nearly a decade as the founder and operator of Restaurante Geckos — a Potrero institution that earned consistent top rankings on TripAdvisor and Google across eight years of operation. When the time came to move on, he sold the business and turned his full focus to what had always driven him: operations, logistics, and building things that run well.
His professional background spans condominium administration, project management, procurement, budget control, vendor negotiation, and construction supervision. He has managed residential developments across Guanacaste — including properties in Reserva Conchal and Tamarindo — and most recently served as HOA Coordinator at Hacienda Pinilla, overseeing maintenance, contractor supervision, and quality control for villas and residences in the resort community.
Víctor brings the discipline of an engineer and the instincts of an entrepreneur. He is proactive, detail-oriented, and built for the kind of environments where things need to work — not just look good on paper. When he’s not managing operations, he’s in the water: surfing and swimming the same coast he helps others call home.
