Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of your booking. Please review the following terms before making a reservation:

Refund Guidelines
• 80.00% refund if 60 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).
• 50.00% refund if 30 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will receive an 80% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. Holiday period reservations are strictly non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster, a government-mandated travel restriction, or another force majeure event, a full refund will be issued upon written notice and submission of supporting documentation within 48 hours of the event.
